职位描述：
为电影及游戏镜头添加真实效果的特效，包括但不限于：爆炸，破碎，烟火，流体等特效效果。

职位要求：
1. 熟练掌握3DMax，Maya，FumeFX等3D特效软件；
2. 能制作真实的爆炸，破碎，烟火，流体等特效效果；
3. 热爱CG行业，对制作精益求精；
4. 具备高度责任心，能在压力下按时按质完成任务；
5. 具备积极良好的沟通能力，能积极沟通理解电影及游戏镜头中要求的特效效果；
6. 具备较强的问题解决能力，对制作中存在的特效技术及美术问题能及时与总监沟通，寻求解决方案，确保项目能按时按质完成；
