岗位职责:

Contracts/Commercial:
?Draft all types of commercial agreements; formulate/update commercial contract templates
?Advise daily operations of retail and wholesale businesses
?Supervise lease review for retail stores
?Support M&A transactions in China and other Asian countries
Regulatory and Compliance:
?Provide guidance to business unions on anti-corruption/FCPA compliance
?Manage government inquiries
?Assist GC in performing compliance training
Labor:
?Support HR function and advise daily employment matters
?Review and update employee handbook
?Counsel on employment dispute, prepare response and attend arbitration hearings
?Review labor related agreements and documents

Enforcement and Litigation:
?Assist with Assets Protection Team on enforcement actions
?Provide general litigation support in China and other Asian countries, coordinating with external counsel and managing billing
?Provide guidance on privacy related matters

任职资格:

Qualification required:
?PRC law license
?Law degree from a reputable PRC law school

Experience required:
?3-5 years Post-Qualification Experience with reputable law firms
?In-house experience preferred but not mandatory
?Commercial experience (including contracts, compliance and trademark registration) required
?Experience in the areas of consumer products, manufacturing and distribution preferred
?M&A experience is a plus and international exposure is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills required:
?Superior English and Chinese written and oral communication skills
?Excellent contract drafting skills in both Chinese and English
?A problem-solving approach; self-motivated and strong work ethic
