PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Provide technical support and application guidance to system, component sales, after market team and clients;
- Lead trouble shooting for assigned product line;
- Lead test activities for related products in the lab;
- Provide product training to internal team and external customers;
- Prepare and maintain engineering documents for assigned product line;
- Keep close communication with global product engineering team for Engineering update;
- Participate in Global NPD projects;
- Responsible for new product launch in China region;
- Visit customers to provide onsite support and analysis;
- Attend trade shows and seminars as requested by commercial team;

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from four-year College or University is required, master degree is preferred .
- At least 5 years sales application related and training experience is required. Food & Beverage industry experience is preferred.
