Role Summary
Complete understanding and application of industry practices, principles, theories, concepts, and standards. Develops/provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are thorough, practical and consistent with organization objectives. Work is performed under general direction. May supervise lower skilled/routine workers. Incumbents in this classification are generally responsible for one or more of the following: 1) coordinates the activities of a staff of technicians who are delivering high quality installation and ongoing maintenance services to assigned customers, 2) the implementation and effectiveness regarding service delivery.
Daily Work DescriptionThe role is for a Service Delivery Coordinator, to help manage ticket queues, delegate tasks to technicians, provide overall administrative support for onsite IT Support Team.
Included Job Tasks: ·
- Monitor and manage ticket queues including Service Requests, Incidents, and IMAC tasks/tickets.·
- Manage and monitor customer satisfaction·
- Coordinates the activities of a staff of technicians who are delivering high quality installation and ongoing maintenance services to assigned customers·
- Provide direction to technicians to ensure Client SLA, process, and proper ticket handling requirements are met.·
- Provide feedback to Management regarding trends, concerns, and process changes related to provided IT support.·
- Create and provide Productivity metrics Excel and various internal tools.·
- Work directly with Client to address and resolve Client Satisfaction concerns.·
- Lead various Projects or Implementations.·
- Multiple other tasks and processes related to overall coordination of onsite deskside support.
Skills required for the position include: ·
- Strong client interaction skills·
- Experience with Ticket management System related to Help Desk or Deskside Support.·
- Ability to foster teamwork and develop relationships·
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint·
- Experience in the Information Technology environment with emphasis on end user services·
- Knowledge of Service Desk Operations·
- Language skills aligned with the major areas supported·
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticket management tools a plus.
