KEY RESULT AREAS AND PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责:
Answer and screen incoming calls; Record, receive and distribute couriers/mails/insurance; Greet and receive all visitors warmly and efficiently, including clients, suppliers and candidates. Introduce them to related department with good manners.
接听并筛选来电,记录和收发快递、信件及员工商业保险等;友善及高效的接待来客,包括客户、供应商及面试者,礼貌安排接洽相关负责人。
Maintain the reception area and office working environment, Ensure they have a comfortable, clean and well organized working environment. Reserve meeting room and make sure all services of meeting room are under well maintained.
保持前台区域以及办公区域环境舒适,整洁有序;协助会议室的预定及管理。
Office supplies purchasing, storage and inventory set up. Ensure office stuff supplied on time, be reasonable purchased and keep record of all users.
办公物料采购、储存及库存更新,合理分配并及时做好领用记录。
Keep communication with vendors including landlord, office equipment maintenance company and other service providers (including air ticket agent, business card supplier, water supplier, name card printing etc.) for keeping all facilities in working conditions; Keep records of the fix assets, and to update and summarize these required data regularly.
联系物业、办公室设备报修以及其他供应商(包括机票、名片、饮用水等),保障所有办公设备正常运作;及时记录修理信息,并定期更新和总结这些必要的数据。
Familiar with all office equipment, provide admin support to all department. Include coaching department how to use printer to printing, copy, scan training.
熟悉所有办公设备,为所有部门提供行政支持,包括指导如何使用打印机进行打印、复印及扫描;
Assist Office Manager or management team’s daily work, and coordinate the relationship between management group and staff.
支持行政经理和销售团队的日常工作,并协调员工和销售团队之间的关系。
Back up office other administrative issues.
支持其他行政工作。

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
任职资格:
College graduate or above, related working experience would be better;
大专以上学历,有工作经验者佳。
Basic written and oral ability in English;
基础的英语书写和表达能力。
Good typing skills and computer operation in MS office;
熟练使用办公自动化软件。
Professional telephone etiquette and polite manner;
专业的电话礼仪和友善的态度。
Effective time management and organizational skills;
有效管理时间和组织的能力。
Good team player, with ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels;
良好的团队精神,能够有效的协调所有层级的员工工作。
Ability to work accurately, quickly and complete tasks according to specific instructions;
