· Demonstrate a complete understanding of services offered by Shengyuan and the ability to identify signals provided by the client in order to join the client with the correct business line;

· Assist relevant personnel to satisfy client and coordinate with client during project execution;

· Assist relevant personnel to arrange marketing programs.

Qualifications

· Advanced marketing skills;

· Thorough understanding of risk consulting and financial service business;

· Intermediate understanding of private equity fund and hedge fund business;

· Intermediate critical thinking and problem solving skills;

· Intermediate PCs skills utilizing various software applications;

· Intermediate ability to manage conflicting priorities;

· Intermediate collaboration skills with cross-departmental colleagues;

· Intermediate time management and organizational skills;

· Bachelor degree or above from esteemed universities;

· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial service industry;

· Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

北京老街盛元创业投资管理有限公司是一家中外合资人民币创业投资管理公司，成立于2010年1月，位于北京市东三环中路63号富力中心8层，其股东为香港著名的对冲基金——Argyle Street Management（ASM）以及中国大陆最早的不良资产投资商——盛元资产管理有限公司（SYAMC)。成立以来，公司在国内成功募集了第一支5亿元的人民币基金，并与廊坊市政府引导基金签署了《合作协议》。我公司管理的基金主要投资处于快速成长期的中小企业以及处于成熟期的Pre-IPO企业，投资后与被投资公司的原有管理层一起完成公司战略规划、法人治理结构完善等工作，并协助被投资公司进行国内外市场开拓、引进管理人员和技术人员，从而实现被投资公司价值增值。待被投资公司符合国内A股上市条件后，我们将协助被投资公司选择上市时机，引进中介机构、并协助中介机构完成被投资公司的股份制改造等，最终通过上市等途径实现投资出。
