职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain marketing interfaces and mediums internally as well as externally in accordance with company policy, business ethics and culture to ensure LRQA's presence is well established and known in required markets. Ensure marketing activities are managed to budget and effectiveness is monitored and improved where possible.
2. Generate and exceed KPI sales opportunities through effective marketing activities and liaise with sales and account management personnel to ensure opportunities are followed up.
3. Identify, manage, co-ordinate and participate in events, exhibitions and presentations to market and sell LRQA products and services whilst maintaining LRQA's high reputation, ethics and client standards.
4. Regular and routine update of contact management and marketing reports and/or software as well as website and other company administrative activities for self and team.
5. Liaise and co-operate with sales and other department personnel to provide a highly valued, seamless service to potential and existing clients.
6. Conduct research, analyse and report to ensure that competitors are understood, business product and service opportunities are identified and stakeholders interests are known, understood and acted upon to improve our overall service offering.
Requirements:
1. Relevant marketing qualification(s) and/or degree qualification preferred
2. Minimum 8 years marketing exposure preferably in the service sector with demonstrable ability to generate sales opportunities and secure business through effective marketing activity.
3. Knowledge and understanding of LRQA processes and procedures, products and services and business planning and budgeting sufficient enough to manage the marketing processes.
4. A self motivator with excellent and effective skills in communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal attributes.
