Essential Responsibilities 

As principal consultant, facilitate solution architecture design standardization efforts crossing teams in focusing vertical industry. And coordinate its detail solution generation and continuously improvements.
Be responsible for product localization coordination
Be responsible for product customization in OEM market
Never stopped knowledge updating by new products and solution. Influence R&D functions on NPI roadmap for China markets’ adoption
Provide guideline to presales consulting teams to influence and manage customer requirements and specification with standardized vertical solutions
Connect target markets typical requirements through front marketing & sales team with application development functions to generate modular off-the-shelf software application
Coordinates with key account owner to deploy Technical/Commercial strategy/tactic for key accounts or opportunities
Needed external resources searching, to implements above task, Its qualification standard generation and validating is also part of responsibility
Interpreting the customers’ typical expectations, specification strategy into a viable business cases, align with company strategy to develop target markets

Qualifications/Requirements 

Bachelor or above degree in industrial automation software, information processing technology, industrial computer science or relative subject
Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Have experience on HMI, MES, PLM, EAM or ERP. Experience with software product development will be particularly preferred
Nice knowledge, or years of implementation experience on industrial control system
>3 years industrial software project execution experience
>2 years industrial software project management experience
Exceptional customer consulting and good communication skills.
Years of leader experience as virtual or real team (more than 5 members)
