Job Summary -

Provide organisational, logistics and compliance support for both medical training and relevant courses to ensure successful implementation of educational experiences for orthopaedic professionals.

Specific Functions and Responsibilities

1. Assist in the organisation of medical technical training and relevant courses.

2. Contact and negotiate with external event management, hospitality and logistics vendors.

3. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the programmes.

4. Responsible to make travel arrangements for both faculty and HCP participants.

5. Prepare and submit compliance documentation and act as liaison with Compliance department.

6. Manage the internal process for faculty.

7. Maintain the ERP system.

1. Excellent event organizational and management skills.

2. Commitment to customer service and team-oriented management.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interpret client needs.

4. Ability to manage events and meet deadlines.

5. Must be enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive at solving problems.

Education Requirements

Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine or health-care related fields. At least 2 year experience working directly with customers, technical experts and professional staff in medical device or healthcare preferred.

Preferred Requirements

1. Expertise in event organisation and management.

2. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and influence all customers, both internal and external.

3. Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects.

Travel Requirements - Approximately 30-35%
