职位描述


A Spine Product Manager’s main focus is to create/identify opportunities and track efforts to develop the China Spine Market, drive the sales and market share growth to ensure the products meets the customers’ needs. Responsible for launching and managing brands in Spine segments; Formulation of marketing strategy; Communication strategy for the customers: surgeons and patients; Execution of strategy through regular customer interaction; Long range plan for the brands; Cross-functional interaction with Finance, Supply chain for brand
This position reports to Marketing Manager, China

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

20% Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional plans for China Spine Market to create a conductive environment for achievement of business goals. Collaborate with local sales teams to achieve targeted market shares.
20% Plan and coordinate product launches.
20% Collate market information, gather competitor activities and conduct market researches in order to establish a reference framework for formulation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
15% Work with field management to develop long-range marketing messages and other activities such as promotional campaigns, conferences and workshops to raise awareness.
15% Deliver training to local sales teams to ensure technical excellence and conduct field visits to reinforce training and assist field implementation.
10% Interact with customers regularly to gauge their needs, cultivate brand loyalty and image so as to sustain repeat business.
100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)


Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)

Proficient in Spine Products and industry knowledge
Possess effective program planning, development and execution skills
Strong in influencing and problem solving skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English


Education/ Experience Requirements

University graduate in Medical Science, Surgery or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in medical device product marketing, preferably in orthopedics or surgery products.
Proven success in the medical marketing with product launch, promotion and product training.
Creative and strategic mindset with sharp market sense and excellent communication skills.
Result-driven, with high business ethics and values.


Travel Requirements


Frequent travel in required, 50% up timing in the fields
