Job Description:
1) Coordinate development of appropriate non-technical training material for dealership parts & service positions to meet both functional and markets’ business needs - 50% time
Gather information from Ford subject matter experts, functional and market key stakeholders and define learning objectives per project
Write and issue project brief per course to supplier with desired learning outcome and project timeline specified
As Ford lead, manage all phases of project including analyzing, design, and develop, implementation and evaluation, meeting deadlines and organization standards.
Ensure all learning content is appropriately reviewed with key stakeholders prior to implementation as required.
Dealership positions include, but not limited to, service advisor, service manager, parts manager, body shop manager, DCRC staff, etc.
2) Manage training pathways for dealership parts & service positions- 20% time
Set up and launch web-based courses in STARS and inform market about its availability
Engage with market stakeholders to ensure that developed training solutions and certification pathway have been appropriately customized(if required) and deployed in an effective and timely manner
Ensure that certification pathway per market in STARS is up to date, accurate and in use
3) Track and evaluate training deployment- 15% time
Utilize STARS data to prepare reports and provide recommendations to AP central and market stakeholders
Review deployed learning solutions on a regular basis and enhance as needed
4) Regional administration of STARS to ensure the effective and consistent STARS deployment across markets - 15% time
Lead STARS system launch in new markets if required
Provide regular learning management system refreshment training and technical support to market STARS administrators to ensure a satisfying dealer staff’ using experience
Act as the single point of contact to provide voices of markets to global STARS operation team in terms of standardization/upgrade of STARS reporting function
Qualification:
? 3-5 years’ experience in a talent development/training role ideally in a multi-cultural organization is desired.
? Experience in working with agencies/suppliers (e.g. instructor, course developer) is strongly preferred.
? Experience with learning management system is preferred.
? Experience in sales or customer service role is preferred.
? Ability to read and comprehend information and ideas, and present summary in writing
? Project Management
? Statement of work/project brief writing
? Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development process is strongly preferred.
? Knowledge of sales and service process in franchising industry is preferred.
? Strong English communication skills in oral, reading and writing
? Proficiency in MS Office application (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
