职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Generate all repair jobs from retail boutiques , wholesalers and end customers
2. Contact retail boutiques, wholesaler and end customers to provide sufficient information about products and repair tracking, quality query etc.
3. Enter all relative information or repair job into system, then generate daily report send to MB store such as receipt report, price confirmation report etc.
4. Find out the outstanding cases and send pushing email to relative stores eg. Over-time price confirmation etc.
5. Step by step follow up repair workflow and change the work status in the system according the data from workshop , boutique , third part suppliers etc until the case is closed ( sending invoice )
6. Arrange shipment to retail boutiques, wholesalers and others, typing and checking up the delivery papers.
7. contact with retail boutiques and wholesalers make sure the on time delivery of repaired goods , updating status into the system
8. keep repair documentary
9. other work as assigned
Competences:
College Degree or above;
Good English skills can read and write in English; CET4 hold
Good computer skills, such as Ms Office
Self-motivated and independent working attitude
Team work spirit
