职位描述
Job description:
？ Develop, manage and implement the association’s communications plan, activities and special projects aligned with the association’s business priorities.
？ Work closely and coordinate with Industry Policy Advocacy Committee and Responsible Care Committee, providing appropriate communications counsel, strategy and tactics synergistic with business objectives.
？ Oversee and manage all media relations, including proactive securing of opportunities and activities to heighten the association’s visibility in China and achieve quality coverage, ensure senior management spokespersons communicate association message consistently in all dealings with business partners and media.
？ Identify appropriate forums and secure strategic speaking platforms for board members to positively and credibly position the association. Forums may include conferences, trade shows, business / trade speaking opportunities.
？ Play active role in day-to-day management, leadership and motivation of the communications team, ensuring commitment to produce leading-edge work; manages team effectively to ensure clear roles and responsibilities, recognition of high-performing members and that each individual has specific professional and personal development opportunities.
？ Promoting communication and public activities aiming at building image of AICM:
？ Media;
？ Publication;
？ Website;
？ CI;
？ Member relation.
Job Requirements:
? University Graduate or above
? At least 5 years of working experience in related field, willing to travel
? Speak, read and write fluent English
? Computer literacy
? Communication skills, fluency in Mandarin with good writing skill
? Commitment to work, attention to detail, initiative, confidentiality, planning, strong coordinating and organizational skills, time management, problem solving, team work
