工作描述：
The candidate is expected as an experienced project leader, capable of leading project/product design team in the effective and efficient approach to make reality of IC design and implementation. As a senior manager, the candidate is expected to be capable of training and guiding team members to do jobs in systematic methodology and right approach.

The candidate is also expected as an experienced IC architect, capable of designing architecture and (if necessary) sample application for proven-of-concept of innovative ideas.

The person on this position will work closely with system team and marketing team, should be good at co-ordination and communication.

The products focus on high speed mixed signal transmission; panel control for monitor, TV, tablet or cell phone screen, including the related frameworks and services.

工作职责:
1.Report to R&D Director;
2.Responsible for leading and managing ASIC project group from architecture design,
function partition, digital design, verification, to integration;
3.Work closely with backend engineer for chip tape-out;
4.Work closely with application engineer for chip bring-up, debugging and problem solving;

职位要求:
1. Bachelor, Master or above in Electronics Engineering, Communications, Microelectronics
Engineering or Computer Science;
2. At least 8+ years of experience in digital ASIC or SoC design and chip integration;
3. Experienced on IC design flow from scratch to mass production, including architecture
design, function partition, coding, simulation, synthesis, verification, validation, DFT, ATPG
and STA, etc.;
4. Experienced on EDA tools such as Synopsis, Cadence or Mentor, know well about NC-Verilog,
VCS, DC and Prime Time; System Verilog, VMM/OVM/UVM or System C/Testbuilder, etc.
5. Good at communication, self-driven and problem solving oriented;
6. Good knowledge of Perl and shell programming would be an added advantage;
7. Familiar with video/image process algorithm, TCON or DisplayPort is a big plus;
8. Familiar with FPGA prototyping is a big plus;
9. Capable of English writing and speaking.
