Maintenance Superintendent (维修主任)

Responsibilities：

To conduct the maintenance for all the facilities in Haidian MSW Incineration Plant.
To manage, and supervise, the performance appraisal and training of maintenance team member.
To draw up, execute, supervise maintenance schedule and control maintenance budget.
To check all the PR of material and the sub-contract work.
To assess and improve the efficiency and life span of equipment.
To supervise the management of spare parts.
To execute assignment with compliance of company’s management regulation to achieve company’s operation objective.
To coordinate repair and maintenance affairs.

Requirements：

University, major in machinery, marine, shipbuilding, electrical or related field;
As an operation team leader with experience in incineration plant or co-generation plant for at least 8 years;
As a team leader with experience in incineration plant or co-generation plant, Machine manufacturing /assembly/maintenance or boiler manufacturing for at least 8 years;
Working Location: Haidian, Beijing
