岗位职责：

1. 熟悉股权投资基金运作，对国家金融政策、产业政策有深刻认识及创新意识；

2. 协助公司总裁制定基金投资策略,通过市场分析、品种选择把握基金投资机会；

3. 对重点投资项目进行实地调研和动态跟踪；

4. 负责完成基金项目研究分析及基金方案的设计与对接工作；

5. 负责基金的客户开拓和维护工作；

6. 有信托背景及相关项目资源者优先考虑。

任职资格:

1. 年龄30-45岁，金融、财务、经济等理工科类专业优先；

2. 有广泛的客户资源、具有寻找开拓项目源的能力；

3. 熟悉国内投资行业的相关法规和流程；

4. 文案能力强，能独立完成投资项目相关文件的撰写；

5. 有团队合作精神、责任心强、具有良好的人际关系处理能力、擅长沟通与交流、具备良好的职业道德。
