• Receive invoices and perform invoice duplication check in JDE (about 120 invoices per month). Verify Beijing Office invoices and preliminarily verify invoices for projects. Analyze invoices and coordinate with the vendors to solve payment currency and exch. rate issues, modify the invoices for tax reasons and determine the necessity and rate of withholding tax.
• Identify new vendors and prepare vendor set up applications following compliance procedures of FCPA, split payments and denied party checking.
• Note the invoice receiving date and determine due dates in accordance with contract terms and Finance procedure.
• Perform mathematics check and enter the valid invoices in JDE system, note due date, CCN, currency, amount, batch/voucher numbers and brief descriptions.
• Provide assistance for invoice handling.

• Match Office Invoices (about 100 invoices per month) for goods receipt and applicable PO/SO/Contract.
• Obtain expenditure approval for verified invoice and prepare payment requests, forward payment request with original invoices for further process.
• Make JE redistribution entries for approved invoices.
• Send Inter-company (I/C) billings and record I/C transactions.

• Reconcile all bank accounts (altogether 14 bank accounts) and cash-in-transit accounts. Identify un-reconciling items and provide information for adjustment entries and make some adjustment entries for some bank accounts.
• Reconcile deposit accounts (altogether 6 accounts); follow up with vendors for deposit refund and record clearance entries. File the deposit receipts and keep records for these receipts.
• Reconcile accounts payable accounts.
• Reconcile Inter-company transaction accounts.
• Reconcile withholding tax account.

• Good communication skills(both written and oral) in English and Chinese.
• Strong knowledge in accounting.
• Bachelor degree or associate degree in accounting/finance/tax.
• At least 2 years relevant experience is required for this position.
• A strong team player.
