Job description:

1. Internal & External Reporting, Analysis & Budgeting

• Prepare and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports as required by the Corporation, including after tax earnings variance analysis, before tax Opex and C&E analysis, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.
• Prepare first workday earnings indicator report, quarterly earnings estimate and quarterly performance financial recast report as required by the Corporation.
• Participate in year-end reporting and disclosure process for SEC reporting.
• Participate in annual G&A and project budgeting process, Business Plan analysis and submission associated with financial metrics.
• Review and analyze project CAPEX/OPEX against approved budget. Prepare financial performance scorecard.
• Perform special projects, studies or analysis as required by the Supervisor and or other departments.

2. Financial System (JDE) Coordination / Administration

• Monitor JDE integrity reports review through Finance Integrity Tool (FIT).
• Maintains Address book & bank information master data.
• Maintains chart of account master data and ensure the consistency of account and cost center set up/entity structures.
• Review SOD conflict compensating control reports in compliance with SOX IT control requirement.
• Work with finance staff and PAD service group to perform system admin task to resolve JDE system related issues.
• Coordinate / Support Corporate 1E1 initiatives among China Finance organizations.
• Generates JDE to SAP transmission reports and transmits data to GU FFAR.
• Prepare monthly JDE vs. SAP reconciliations and submits quarterly reconciliation to GU FFAR.
• Provide oversight and support for accounting set up for new companies.

3. Other

• Provide back-up support to compliance coordinator for internal control and compliance related matters.
• Meet with Partners as needed.
• Participate on cross-functional teams within China organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance.
2. 5+ years experience in accounting / reporting / budgeting experiences.
3. Good analytical skills and sound accounting knowledge are required for this position to effectively analyze and report the complex financial results and performance compared to budget and business plan metrics.
4. Proficient computer skills in utilizing Excel / PowerPoint are needed for this position to create financial analysis model and presentation slides for management reporting.
5. Experience with ERP system and knowledge of accounting system is preferable.
6. Fluent in English and Chinese communication.
