上级: 高级设施服务总经理,客户方采购经理
工作机会:
本职位的推出为应聘者提供了一个绝佳的机会加入全球最大的上市地产公司并且为财富100强公司提供现场服务。采购经理向高级设施服务总经理和客户方采购经理汇报,将与经验丰富的专业团队合作为客户提供优越的工作环境,不断寻求改进机会。
职责:
负责日常所有采购相关事务。草拟、实施管理并审计采购制度和流程。积极需求改进措施、提出建议并实施完善。监督客户和供应商之间的采购合同及建议书相关的流程及采购订单的处理和归档。确保采购在合同期依照相关流程规范操作。并负责与其他各部门的联络工作。
与部门经理或相关部门协作,监督对资源,供应商的选择以及采购价格的商议。作为部门之间的沟通桥梁,负责各种招投标工作。对获得的各种方案进行成本分析。为上级管理层提供备选方案的比较分析,并提出建议。针对参与采购工作的相关员工的绩效考核向设施服务总经理给出意见。
完成其他由上级管理部门,高级设施服务总经理,或中央管理团队布置或领导的工作任务。
技能要求:
4-5年相关经验,包括2年管理工作经验。须熟练使用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。良好的个人仪表及人际沟通技巧、诚实可靠、工作细致认真、具有团队精神、良好的时间管理技能、具备管理团队及承包商的能力、且能够在有限的时间内完成应交付的工作。必须具有优秀的普通话和英文书面及口语表达能力。
Reports To: Senior General Facility Manager, Client Procurement Manager
Assignment
Reporting to Senior General Facility Manager and client Procurement Manager, this assignment will offer the right candidate an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s largest publicly listed real estate companies working on site for a top Fortune 100 client. The environment is quite dynamic with a team of well seasoned professionals providing a superior working environment which is constantly looking at opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day supervision of all purchasing activities. Drafts, implements and provide administration of purchasing policies and procedures including auditing. Actively seeks improvements, recommends and implements changes where appropriate. Oversees the processing and maintenance of purchase orders, contracts and proposals for clients and vendors. Ensures contractual and procedural compliance is maintained throughout the process and contract period.
Co monitors vendor performance with respective department managers, oversees source development, vendor selection and cost negotiation. Acts as interdepartmental liaison. Leads and facilitates all bid process.Performs cost analysis of received proposals. Prepares comparative analyses of alternative options for management and makes recommendations. Provides performance evaluation input to General Facility Manager of employees involved in procurement process.
Other tasks as required under the formal management appointment or directed by the Senior General Facility Manager or Senior Central Management Team.
Skills Required:
4-5 years related experience, with 2 years at managerial level. Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Personal attributes should include good personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills, honest and reliable, detail orientated, good team player, skilled at time and workload management, ability to manage teams of staff as well as vendors and ability to deliver on deadlines. Good command of written and verbal Mandarin and English is essential.
