-For our EM SWAS Division in BEIJING, we are looking for a Order Managment.

What are my responsibilities?

-Be responsible for daily business management and distrbutor management to achieve strong position and market share target in Beijing WA market.
-负责当地开关面板市场的商务运营，分销商管理，达到业绩指标和市场占有率目标
-Be responsible for Beijing office, deal with all Beijing WA business and develop new distributor in Beijing.
-负责北京当地办公室及当地业务，积极开拓北京新分销商
-Work together with distributor to develop and follow up WA business to achieve defined OR/TO target.
-与分销商一起合作以达成业务指标
Contacts:1.Internal Contacts: WA regional manager; BD/MKT/PM
-内部关系网：区域经理，市场经理， 产品经理
2.External Contacts: RS developers, contractors, WA distributor…
-外部关系网： 合同促销员，分销商人员

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Over 5 years experience in construction materials field,working experience in switches and sockets is preferred.
-5年以上家装建材行业经验，熟悉开关面板优先
-high School or equivalent education background, major in electric or marketing is preferred.
-高中以上学历，有电工或市场教育背景优先
-Good understanding and learning ability;Good communication skill;
-善于学习，善于沟通
-Basic English& PC skill (MS office)
-基本的英语，计算机技能
