We are looking for suitable individuals to fill the position of :
Training Manager
Responsibilities
• Responsible for co-coordinating and delivering education department programs/systems at one or more assigned Quintiles sites within Asia Pacific
• Work directly with the internal L&D customers with overall responsibility for ensuring the educational, developmental and training needs of the business are met in a timely manner
• Design and develop/revise education department courses and materials to be consistent with the business goals and objectives of Quintiles
• Act as an information resource for Quintiles staff
Qualifications
• Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Life Science/Clinical Research
• Minimum 3 years of appropriate contextual and / or training experience in clinical research (some direct monitoring experience is required) either within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Posses a considerable working knowledge of the role for which they will be delivering
• Good listening and diagnostic skills in order to work well with counsel management and staff
• Ability to use good judgment and to deal with confidential information and apply discretion
• Ability to speak /converse in Mandarin /local language as well as English
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, Strong computer skills
• Must be willing to travel
