Purpose:

Center of Clinical Excellence will entry a partnership with Quintiles business partners, medical professionals, and leverages Quintiles global and regional expertise, assist sites to become leading institutions in China for the conduct of clinical trials to international standards; Center of Clinical Excellence will help China domestic pharma and global pharma in their strategic development in China as well as globally.

This associate medical manager will serves as key staff for achieving the mission of CCE function.

Responsibilities:

Primary person with Quintiles global and regional team to leverage their expertise

Assist in strategic planning and development for Key research centers in Greater China (China & Hong Kong)

Closely collaborate with key research centers in Greater China to develop specific site training strategies, training slide deck, training process, and deliver training (such as ICH GCP training), finally help key research centers to establish professional investigator team

Develop new and innovative approaches to training delivery, including e-learning approaches and face to face training

Design, implement and manage training systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing at sites

To establish or maintain online GCP training based on government training platform, expand the influence of Quintiles training of CCE and develops e-learning users

Closely cooperation with internal partners (e.g. ClinOps/QA/QM/CPM) to develop and deliver professional training to sites

KOLs management, establish or maintain a good relationship with key research centers in Great China



Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

· Strong understanding of clinical development process

· Strong understanding of ICH GCP

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent presentation skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners, managers, and clients

Minimum required education and experience:

Clinical medicine or medical science degree is necessary from nationally recognized medical school, plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical medicine, or 5 years' clinical development experience in pharma, CRO companies
