PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

Good management skill with leadership qualities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Independent, committed, responsible and positive working attitude

Customer focus

Able to work irregular or extended hours and travel due to job and business nature

Good communication skill especially good command of spoken and written English

Degree in engineering (preferably metal material engineering)

More than 5 years and direct work experience in electronics OEM and/or contract manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in project management, people management, risk management, change management and strategic planning.

Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project/program management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

Lead the planning and implementation of project/program.

Work with Sales to ensure customer needs are being met

To coordinate activities of the Cross Functional Team (Including plant Engineering, Outsourcing, Logistics, Customer Service, Application, Quality etc.) leading to successful execution of the programs

Define tasks and time lines to achieve goals and deliverables

Regular communication with senior management to update program status, risks, customer status, opportunities, problems, issues etc.

Identifies relationship needs, explores relationship opportunities, formulates action plans, & monitors relationships IN ORDER TO build and strengthen client relationships

Train, motivate and provide direction to project staffs as required to execute program plans.

Define resources required to successfully launch product into manufacturing and into market.

Present reports defining program progress, problems and solutions

Manage and own the success of daily/weekly program team reviews and drive action items to timely completion

Support program post-mortem reviews internally (Acument team) and externally (customer) and drive improvement plan actions

Long-term, support the creation of program management tools and best practices for future programs across the company

Work with supply chain team and support dual supply contingency plans

Work with supply chain team, sales, and applications, etc to provide continuous parts cost reduction initiatives

Support management of quality supply issues
