Requirement
1. Science background, bachelor degree with more than 1 year software testing experiences
2. Familiar with formal software testing procedure
3. Careful, patient
4. Be good at finding and analyzing issues
5. Good English reading and writing
6. Prefer familiar with bugzilla and pocket PC

Products qualification
Review ODM design qualification plan and test case
Bugs regression verified and close
Quality testing support and lesson learn
MO OS version or in-house AP released testing and quality control
MO customization quality management
Customization requirement test plan and test case build up and update
Qualification of release MO OS and EC
MO / RO samples delivery quality verification


2. OEM Project quality management
Products qualification
Build up and release Product qualification plan and test report.
- Generic ROM , MO ROM , Multi_Language ROM and EC
SW SIT entry readiness review
- Project issues management
MO customization quality management
Product qualification plan and test case build up and update
Qualification of release MO OS and EC
MO / RO samples delivery quality verification


3. Field Try function management
Confirm Field trial initial plan base on top manager approval
Plan field try travel routing of testing country
Build up overseas field try test plan and test case
Field try testing and come out test report
Bugs regression and close
Operator on site testing support
4. Golden power user function management
GPU programming and management
Setup GPU test plan and test case set up and update
GPU Feedback issues management and close
Support field try testing if FT have schedule and resources issue


Requirement:
1. University degree with Telcom, Computer, Electrical relaing
2. Two years or above testing on smartphone experince
3. Knowledge of smartphone system & operator testing and management
4. Good English reading/writing ability
5. Familiar with network & WCDMA / GSM / TDS-CDMA will be plus
