About Global Delivery Center (GDC)

The Deloitte China Global Delivery Center is based in Shanghai, and is positioned to support technology projects across the Deloitte global member firms. Capabilities within the center currently include development and implementation skills across all consulting technology service areas like Enterprise Application, ERP and Technology Integration. The center offers Deloitte global delivery model which enables collaboration of global resources in larger global engagements. As a newly launched service in Deloitte China, we are dedicated to utilize similar delivery models to provide clients worldwide with high quality IT solutions and services, including various customized development, Application Maintenance Service (AMS), IT offshore/outsourcing service, Center of Excellence (CoE) development and industry & client specific solution research and customization.

About the job responsibility

The Specialist is responsible for leading development teams or serving as onsite coordinators using Deloitte standard methods, tools and quality measures. They may also serve as the project manager for small projects. In all instances, they are responsible for providing direction and input to team members and evaluate work to produce quality results.

As a Specialist or Senior Specialist, you need

Assume technical or functional support lead, estimates and plans complete modules of the project with related Oracle/SAP experience.

Lead trouble shooting activities and works with client to resolve issues and communicates availability to perform fix testing

Develop enhancement design and estimate per input from client. Leads delivery of enhancement including documentation, build, and test.

Provide support status updates to the client.

Have expertise in the tools and methodologies required enabling high quality and high levels of performance, for their work as well as their team's.

Have direct responsibility of the work, supervising, training and reviewing the work of junior staff.

Take an active role in training, helping others in the achievement of their development objectives, sharing knowledge and facilitating the opportunity to build skills in other people.

Assume challenges and responsibilities, responding quickly and appropriately to change.

Be integrated in multidisciplinary work teams, working openly with the team and ensuring alignment of their work and the team.

Qualification:

About the job requirements

Bachelor degree or above

5 years working experience with AMS/ ERP implementation projects

Deep knowledge of specific ERP (SAP/Oracle) functional modules

Team leader's experience

Communication skill and team player in multinational environment

Fluent English and/or Japanese language skills

Large global ERP offshore/onshore delivery experience or working experience in other GDC as a consultant is highly preferred.

(Specific experiences of a Sr. Specialist requires at least five years' implementation of Oracle/SAP)
