Mission
-Achieve the Vbez order target in the specified market around the Beijing area, establish and maintain a good customer relationship.

What are my responsibilities?
-Fulfill the individual Sales target.Fill in SPV from companies you visited or you have
information about incl. Customer aims and demand;
-Observe the market to explore new customers or to set-up new sales channels;
-Promote the new SIEMENS MD respective products, systems and services in the responsible
area;
-Follow up the strategies of PD;
-Visit customers regularly and establish good but also effective , long term relationship on all levels and to all department;
-Provide customers with up-to-date information(Products, Prices, Documents);

-Implement the strategy and price policy of BU;
-Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion (i.e Workshops, Seminars, Roadshow and etc), guide the customers and make added value to the customers;
-Familiar with and implement quotation and order process;
-Responsible for the budget fulfillment of the Vbez ;
-Collect all available market data and forward to Team leader and SM; Other related tasks assigned by superior.

What do i need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor or above automation drive or machinery.
-Knowledge / Languages:
-Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills of English;
-Professional use of Microsoft Office software;
-Systematic solution of the problem;
-At least 3 years experience about Gear box sales.

What else do i need to know?
-As one of the 6 sales regions of SLC Industry Sector, Sales, Region North (RN) includes Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia west.
-Customer Orientation is our key focus. Up to now, we have set up 4 territories ( BJ-IM W Territory, HwS Territory, JT Territory, SD Territory), 15 offices with more than 180 colleagues. It enables our sales people to get closer to their customers and better understand their demand. Besides, there are strong support teams from Product Promotion, Regional Sales Excellent, Back Office, and BA sections, who work together with sales colleagues to offer the full range of solutions to our customers. RN is always working as one team to success!
