Position Objective
Effectively develop and manage the Country business on a day to day basis, in accordance with the stated business strategy, the budget, Group policy, sound business practice, local legislation, industry expectations, established Group business processes according to the parameters set out in a Delegation of Authority from the Group Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Undertake Business Development activities to identify prospective Customers and their upcoming projects in
order to sell Energy Resourcing services to these Customers. This includes both External Customers and Corporate key Customers. Prepare commercial proposals and undertake presentations as required.

2. Develop and implement the business development and operational plans and strategy for the Country business
for each month; quarter and financial year, in consultation with the appropriate Energy Resourcing senior management team.

3. In consultation with the Regional Director Asia, agree upon key performance deliverables for developing
the business.

4. To work towards the agreed budget and maximize EBIT for the business.

5. Manage the monthly P&L, control and monitor/influence business costs in line with budget targets.

6. Maintain the necessary controls and safeguards on the financial system to prevent fraud and misuse of
Company assets.

7. Overall responsibility for performance management of the Energy Resourcing China team.

8. Provide monthly/quarterly/annual/adhoc reporting of the Country’s performance; business development
activities; people and resources considerations; and potential opportunities relevant to the overall strategy for the business.

Requirements
? A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development and management
? Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry locally
? Excellent communication, interpersonal and task management skills
? Positive relationship building and networking skills
? Highly developed people management skills and the ability to build strong, performance focused teams
