Primary responsibility 主要职责

1) Fully understand company incentive scheme and incentive calculation methodology

- Learn with curiosity and proactively seek for clarification when running into questions or challenges
- Collaborate with other SFE sub-teams to further obtain knowledge on data management, target setting, territory alignment, sales force deployment etc.

2) Ensure timely delivery of accurate incentive calculation, insightful payout analysis, and BU brand level recommendations and action proposals

- Provide regular and ad-hoc incentive calculation and analysis to facilitate effective decision making by creating insightful & relevant business analysis
- Partner up with BUs to identify issues with sales management and seek ways for improvement and recommend actions
- Collaborate with CRM team to update and refine incentive when needed
- Act as a main contact window, proactively work with HR, Fin, BUs etc. to ensure effective internal alignment

3) Proactively partner up with other teams i.e. Finance, HR, Bus etc., for cross-functional collaboration

4) Assist with annual incentive scheme design, simulation, communication and implementation

- Understand company strategy and align it with fair and motivational incentive plan design
- Communicate with BU and field force’s key stakeholders to well understand business needs, balance different opinions and be able to reach consensus on key decisions and run incentive simulations
- Ensure sufficient communication of the scheme and its design rationale behind
