职位描述
Role and Responsibilities:
Digital Product Research & Development
1. Research market needs and technology trends on digital learning and assist manager to develop digital product & service plan;
2. Participate in product structure, UI and functions planning and revising;
3. Design digital learning course curriculum and make and test digital contents;
4. Update and maintain digital content, collect and analyze users’ learning database and market feedback, constantly improve the quality of product and service to optimize the user experience.
Product Management and Support
1. Sort out and manage product materials as product lifecycle policy and work out product portfolio according to local market needs;
2. Provide overall support to sales and marketing team as product specialist, follow up the project process and participate in promotion events related to products including product presentation, demonstration, proposal, and training etc.
Team Coordination and Management
1. Work closely with global and HK product team, outsource tech team and content authors, assist manager to coordinate and manage product project process including copyrights application and content acquisition, raising contracts, monitoring the outsource work to well control the timeline, cost and quality;
2. Assist manager to build and administrate part-time teacher team and maintain the good relationship with partners.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, ideally major in Science or related field;
2. At least 2 years working experience as digital editor, deep understanding of digital learning product development, operation and management;
3. At least 1 year working experience as teacher, familiar with Science teaching and curriculum standard in China
4. With strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn;
5. With team spirit, ability to work under high-pressure;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
7. Good command in English, both oral and written
