1. Lead and manage to make business target for FlashSystem East China

2. Integrate Flash value across IBM ecosystem teamwork (S&D/client/BP/marketing)

3. Be role model to lead and close BIG Flash opportunities esp competitive winback

Required Skills:

1. Business management and vision to be brand leader

2. Leadership to leverage virtual team across ecosystem

3. Salesmanship to engage and close complex big Flash deals

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years experience in Local Experience

English: Intermediate
