Essential Responsibilities
- Provide financial, controllership and compliance leadership to regional B2P team
- Manage center and site teams’ daily operation, continually drive on cost, speed and quality
- Drive process simplification, compliance, standardization & technology breakthrough
- Drive center and sites’ synergy
- Work closely with Business Controller, Sourcing, Operation team for operational controllership enhancement and support BIZ growth
- Lead Enterprise standard (GE policy) alignment & execution
- Lead cross team’s new projects and initiatives
- Take the full responsibility of KPI measurement of the service delivery
- Take the ownership of detecting, fixing those operational level controllership and compliance risks.
- Strengthen improper payment procedure etc.
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by manager
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, tax or IT equivalent.
- Above 8 years’ experiences in Finance in a multinational enterprise
- Familiar with AP, Import/export processes & SAFE regulations
- Strong leadership at cross business/cross country level
- Project management/migration/process improvement experiences
- Team management experiences, budget & resource management skills
- Capability to handle multiple stakeholders within a complex matrix environment;
- Strategic thinker; proven ability to anticipate, and resolve complicated issues;
- Excellent communication, influencing & presentation skills (including fluency in English);
- Cultural awareness & sensitivity
