Associate IT Analyst-CCI-Tianjin-Agency

Work Location：Tianjin


As an IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications. You will develop your professional network and leadership skills, assisting in the creation and support of IT Solutions that enable Caterpillar success.

Further, you contribute real value by developing, integrating, and/or supporting in-house and purchased applications or infrastructure solutions in order to solve business problems.

Other duties may include but are not necessarily limited to:
Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions;
Works independently on complex programs/subroutines;
Fully qualified to perform most programming assignments without close supervision;
Knowledgeable of current operating environment, programming languages, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, testing, debugging and documentation;
Under the direction of more senior staff, assists in the development of major system modules and programs based on requirements gathered from system customers;

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
Computer-related University Degree or Certification, and/or equivalent experience;
3 to 5 years experience in application development;
Knowledge of Lotus Notes programming and MS.Net programming is required;
Proven and demonstrable skills in .NET Framework 4 and above, Visual Basic (VB), HTML, Java script and SQL Server 2008 or above;
Experience with AJAX and classic ASP;
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures and SSIS ETL package creation are essential;
SQL Server performance tuning skills will be a plus;
Able to assist in solution design, business requirements analysis, and effort estimations;
Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
Ability to work independently; conscientious and efficient;
Good written and spoken communication skills in English;
Knowledge of the latest technology in programming languages, computing hardware & software and current development processes and tools.

? Programming language : Visual Basic (VB.Net, ASP.Net)
? SQL 2008 R2 & 2012
? Source code control application experience
? Report Viewer, data grid and grid view would be added advantage
? Lotus Notes programming skills would be added advantage
