Responsibility:
? Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents to ensure validity and integrality of contractual clauses and obligations and liabilities are clearly limited to agreed lawful scope.
? Legal Terms & Conditions negotiation to obtain the feasible and commercial-oriented balance for maximum agreed lawful benefits;
? Conducting the contract risk evaluation and make a good control of T&C risk in operation;
? Contract management in security on contract filling, registering, tracking and searching.
? Legal support for Group operation & restructure and effort to provide effective legal solutions for Group-wide corporate operation.
？ Have experience of Company Opening, Investment, Mergers and acquisitions.

1, the legal and other related undergraduate degree;
