Role Description – summary

Manage multi-million dollar projects on time and on budget to customers satisfaction.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

·Execute projects on time and on budget according to our QS9000 quality procedures
·Develop a good customer relationship
·Lead the project team
·Work with functional managers to obtain project goals
·Generate and present project reports monthly
Education & Experience Required:
·B.S. in Engineering or 5 years project management experience
·5 - 8 years of flexible automated systems applications
·3 - 5 years of project management
·This position requires the ability to obtain credit as a requirement for travel

Business/Technical Skills Preferred:
·Customer management
·Team management
·Manage execution of projects: Financial management (cost control and reporting), schedule preparation and maintenance, and input of material requirements to ABB system.

Behavioral Skills Preferred:
·Team leader: coach and develop team members, provide direction to the project team and foster open communication.
·Organizational and planning skills: develop resource requirements and establish plans.
·Support sales and marketing efforts of FPA
·Act with integrity and a positive attitude
·Willingness to learn
·Clear and effective written and oral communication
·Strategic thinking with the ability to “think out of the box” while still meeting schedules and budgets
