职位要求 ：

Responsibilities:
? Coordinates data collection e.g. COPQ
? Improves business productivity through process improvement using basic tools like 4 Q Analysis, 5Y, Theory of Constraints etc.
? Facilitates projects due to cost of poor quality
? Facilitates quality Improvement
? Creates reports
? Creates audit reports
? Follows up on audit corrective action
? Conducts process audits
? Conducts supplier audits together with SCM team
? Resolves suppliers performance issues
? Provides advise to resolves suppliers performance issues
? Responsible for suppliers quality
? Assesses potential new suppliers with SCM team
? Performs supplier corrective action verification activities
? Drives supplier’s quality improvement
? Improving customer satisfaction
? Develops QA program
? Drives quality improvement
? Administer the QA management systems
? Drives continuous improvement
? Directs resolution to quality problems
? Supplies corrective action to customers
? Improves the QA management system
? Achieve QA management certifications
? Training employees
? Manages direct reports

Requirements:

1. Must be experience in the quality field with appropriate quality management systems certification.
2. Detail oriented with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Possesses multitasking, problem solving and organization skills.
4. Must be able to work well in a team setting and should be able to deal effectively with customer complaints
5. English level, CET 6 is a minimum, good command over English language is essential as the job requires interaction with International customers and associates
6. Bachelor in engineering study;
7. Minimum 8~10 years working experience in MNC company in the similar capacity.
8. Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organizational skills;
9. Self-learning ability, pro-active attitude and willing to take challenging work;
10. Willing to take great pressure;
11. Customer-oriented;
12. Good computer skills
