Job Objective

1. Participate monthly SOP meeting, work out an efficient production plan based on sales forecast, capacity ramp-up plan and material availability.
2. Maintain the MPS in SAP according to the SOP volume and monitor the weekly meeting to optimize MPS.
3. Establish the daily production plan based on the commitment of lead time.
4. Cooperate with purchasing, production and other related functions for special production and delivery requirement from the customer.
5. Maintain the material master setting in SAP.
6. Evaluate the capacity request based on SOP, work out the ramp-up plan together with production manager/supervisors.


Requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least 3 years experience on production/material planning
2. Familiar with SAP, especially on PP & MM modules
3. Skilled in using Microsoft Excel/Power Point, etc
4. Good communication skill in both English & Chinese



Key Performance indicators

1. OTD of painting robot line
2. Order confirmation lead time (less than 1 working days)
3. Master plan maintenance
