Role Description – summary

According to customers’ requirements, provide them with PLC hardware design and programming as well as necessary files and materials;
Make discussions with suppliers and finalize the purchasing parts and suppliers of non-standard equipment;
Supervisor of the machining, assembling & commissioning;
ABB robot programming & commissioning
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

On Time Delivery, Complete Designated Job In a Predefined Time Period;
Layout design & Detailed design;
Prepare technical documentation;
Prepare material budget;
Willing to travel frequently;
Education
Bachelor’s degree or aboveMajor in Automation, Electrical Engineering or related major
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry (must)
Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC design and programming (must)
Knowledge on electrical standard components (must)
Proficient in Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC (must)
Experience in robot automation design; (preferred)
Knowledge on PLC/ sensor/ servo motor; (preferred)
Good English skills of reading, listening, speaking & writing (reading is must, others desired.)
Familiar with ePlan or Auto CAD (must)Familiar with VB and/or VC++ programming (desired)
Personal Characteristics Skills
