Objectives:

To plan and direct Monomers Electronic Materials sales and marketing activities in China in order to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives by implementing consistently the overall sales strategy, using technical, organizational and customer knowledge. In addition, provide inputs and participate in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.

Main Tasks:

• Implementation of the sales strategies


• Define customer needs and product application to enhance achievements of sales targets


• Customer management


• Develop sales and marketing proposals to trace customers’ needs on consumption analysis, product/ service performance, technical services needs


• Product promotion, deliver and/or participate sales presentations/ workshop/ trade road show/ workshops to promote/introduce products/services


• Manage Marketing events


• Credit management


• Market intelligence


• People management

Requirements:

• Master degree in Chemistry


• At least 10 years working experience in chemical industry


• English oral and written, sales & marketing experience and at least 5 years leadership experience
