Job Description:

职位描述：

1. Ensure the accuracy of manufacture materials and WIP.

确保生产物料和在制品库存的准确性

a. Control material transaction within MFG; summarize and monitor scrap and ensure scrap value in the target;

控制生产内部物料转移，汇总并报废物料，并确保其在正常范围内

b. Focus on control of key material and find solution to reduce waste

对关键材料进行持续监控并寻找解决方案以减少损失

c. Manage the Rework inventory

管理返工库存

d. Support frontline supervisors on PI counting and analyze inventory variance.

协助一线主管进行盘点以及差异分析。

2. Manage ECO implementation in MFG

管理生产ECO执行

a. Ensure ECO execution in MFG based on ECO flow

确保ECO在生产区域按照流程执行

b. Ensure accurate and correct of ECO related material be used

确保ECO过程中物料使用的正确性和准确性

c. Work closely with plant ECO coordinator to identify all risks and issues during the implementation process

与工厂ECO协调员紧密合作，及时发现ECO执行过程中的各种风险以及出现的各种问题。

3. Improve material flow with Lean concepts

根据精益思想改善厂内物流

a. Maintain and monitor 2-bin system

维护并监督双盒系统运行

b. Optimize and monitor waterspider pull system in plant

优化并监督生产区域水蜘蛛拉动系统

c. Continuous explore better method of material handling using Lean knowledge

根据精益思想持续寻找更佳的物料管理方法

Job Requirement:

1. Junior college or equivalent degree, electrical / electronic / computer engineering related major is preferred;

大专以及等同学历，电气/电子/计算机工程以及相关专业优先。

2. Has basic Lean knowledge and Lean thinking

具备基础的精益生产知识以及精益生产思想。

3. Be familiar with Oracle; familiar with Supportcentral system is plus;

熟悉Oracle系统，熟悉UTC内部支持中心系统者优先；

4. 2year+ front line work experience

2年及以上一线工作经验；

5. High motivation and willing to take the challenging jobs;

主动积极并愿意承担挑战性工作

6. Good communication skill and team player

良好沟通技能以及团队合作精神

7. Language sill: good at writing and reading English, and basic oral communication skill

语言技能：良好的英语读写能力，以及基础的英语口语能力

8. Computer Skill: be familiar with the office applications。

电脑技能：熟练运用Office套件以及相关软件。
