Responsibilities:
? Manage plant production process, set up process management procedure, achieve PE's goal & objective.
? Via process lean AWO to improve line and product performance, support production line process problem solving and efficiency improvement.
? Work closely with production, collaborating closely with project development team. Good communication with R&D in Weert, US and Spain team.
? Support plant NPI & TOW project's introduction to Shanghai, including line set-up and document and relevant tooling making.
? Give relevant training and instruction to production lines for how to improve process control on product performance.
? Set up and ensure good maintenance for non-standard tooling.
? Control ECO implement process and scrap cost, good communication with R&D side for ECO implement.
? Identify opportunities to improve the manufacturing process to increase product value by reducing cost, improving quality and reducing cycle time and safety environment improvement.
? Ensure good performance for final assembly process document maintenance, including WI, drawing, etc. to support quality system routine audit and new certificate audit.
? Involve plant EHS working to avoid EHS issues.


Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.
? At least 2 years relative working experience in manufacturing.
? Good command of both spoken and written English.
? Good working attitude, analytical mindset with strong learning desirability, self- started and strong execution ability are essential.
? Good communication and problem solving skill.
