The Social Media supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing savvy and creative digital communication strategies and content to build and grow the brand and its influence across the digital landscape.

We seek a highly motivated individual, with experience and passion for blogging, micro-blogging and community participation leadership. The successful candidate will lead CAF’s social media communication team. A successful candidate will help create spaces for meaningful engagement between CAF and its customers. Internally, s/he will coordinate and align key programs and processes between communications & public affairs and other key departments, including but not limited to: the CAF marketing and sales organization; external agencies; and counterparts at Ford China, Asia Pacific and Ford headquarters.

Program Leadership and Design. Lead development, planning and implementation of social media communications activities to industry-leading standards to tell CAF stories and grow the brand's influence across the online landscape. This includes the ongoing strategic maintenance and build-out of our CAF corporate and product online properties to ensure consistency in quality and "look and feel"

Internal Alignment. Closely manage relationships with key CAF stakeholders, specifically ensuring that:

1. CAF social media strategy aligns with the existing efforts and needs of our Marketing and Sales organization

2. CAF social media strategy supports and reflects key initiatives from our JV partner in the Ford organization.

3. CAF social media strategy effectively utilizes the talent and resources of third-party agencies, if any, to deliver high quality programs in a cost-effective manner;

4. CAF social media strategy creates a space whereby the company can have meaningful dialogue with its key constituent: its customer base;

External Relationship Management. Successful candidate will be responsible for asserting CAF’s ”voice” into key online discussions related to the auto industry and growth of our brand. Specifically, the Social Media Manager will:

1. Manage daily conversations across CAF social media platforms and grow the CAF online communities. This means that s/he will lead CAF interactions with our customers online to align service of their needs with our corporate objectives. In addition, as necessary s/he will be an active participation in online conversations and where necessary play a role as mediator, ensuring that CAF’s maintains a highly responsive online presence across all our social media platforms;

2. Build and maintain a close relationship with online influencers such as forum owners, and other digital influencers;

Content Development. Successful candidate will work with key internal departments and third-party agencies to build and maintain exciting content—including text snippets, graphics, multimedia assets, and apps—for our social media platforms that showcases CAF’s products and corporate image.

Risk Management. Be the eyes and ears for the CAF brand on social media platforms and with user-generated content, identifying threats and opportunities—and developing and maintaining a systematic approach to report this to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

任职条件Post Qualifications :

· Solid understanding of social media and the digital landscape in China and globally (Weibo, Kaixin, QQ, Renren, Youku, Tudou, YouTube, Flickr, Forums, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, etc.)

· Must be passionate about quickly-evolving social media environment

· Outstanding communication and analytical skills

· Superior communication, organizational, and project management skills

· Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

· Highly proactive team-player eager take on additional responsibility

· Demonstrated (and documented!) creativity running social media campaigns; having a personal POV and social media footprint is a major plus

· Keen sense of judgement related to online risk management and mitigation

· Experience in the auto sector a plus but not a necessity

· Fluent English and Chinese

· BA/BS
