Summery:

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within the company


Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
Supervise technical training for staff.
Confer with management to gain knowledge of specific work
Conduct orientation sessions.
Create brochures and training materials.
Create testing and evaluation processes.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Provide performance feedback.
Assist employees to grow and advance within the organization


Qualification
3-5 years experience as a training and development professional in an international corporate environment, preferably in an organization that has high customer-service orientation.
Experienced and capable of developing and executing training programs independently
Above-average English capability, fluent in Mandarin.
Possess superior time management and organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage in a fast paced multicultural environment
Intermediate computer skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Training & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Development, Psychology or related field
Oversea working experience is a plus but not a must


Salary:

156,000 RMB/ Year~240,000 RMB/Year ( 13,000~20,000 rmb/month)
