Job description

We are a leading global business intelligence product, has an opening for a highly motivated Software Engineer to work on the highly successful team producing the market-leading IBM SPSS Modeler Data Mining Workbench product in Xi’an Office.

The engineer will have direct responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of functionality in all areas of the product including but not limited to the client and server sides of the product.

The engineer will perform software development design, programming and maintenance of a complex nature. You will work as part of a successful and highly motivated team with frequent interface to fellow team members and other IBM Development teams around the globe.

The engineer will work closely with customer and business partner on the business problem solving using SPSS Modeler and other data analysis tools.

Required skill:

MS in Computer Science, or related degree

6+ years experience in delivering commercial software applications

6+ years experience in Java 2 and Swing application development

6+ years experience building and maintaining single-source C and C++ OO cross-platform software systems.

6+ years experience in designing and building commercial software using OO Design methodologies

Good team working and communication working in virtual teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree

English: Fluent
