职位描述
JOB POSITION: Costing Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily activities
1) To validate cost info collected from various facility & markets(Direct/Indirect Overhead)
2) To ensure the reliable material master data setting related with Costing area
3) To ensure the reliable cost definition for new/Localized products
4) To ensure the reliable stock value per each required classification
5) To ensure the effective cost variance analysis per defined module
6) To ensure the reliable margin product with the effective analyzing module to be established.
2. Focus on Continuous improvement
7) Improvement of the STD costing valuation procedure
8) Improvement of TP/LP pricing procedure
9) Improvement of margin analysis procedure
10) Enhancement of the effect in the stock planning optimization process
11) Identifies opportunities and leads costing management improvement projects based on products localization/operation streamlines background
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor Degree major in accounting or finance
2) Over 5 years working experience specified in Costing/Controlling Area acknowledged from multi-national foreign companies
3) Advanced SAP CO experience and costing/controlling practical skills
4) Carefulness, Patience and strong skill of the analysis sense.
5) High spirit of leadership and team-building with good balancing of the roles between the team-leader and the coordinator among departments
