职位描述
InterChina has a position open for a Manager of Healthcare in our Strategy Practice Team in Shanghai. Along with the leaders of our other sector practices, this is an important position within the company and on a trajectory towards company leadership.
The Strategy Practice supports clients develop understanding and insight into their markets; identify entry points and prioritize target markets; design value propositions and route-to-market structures; as well as participate in the initial stages of the rollout. Our team of 25 specialist consultants has conducted in excess of 500 projects, mainly for Western multinationals across various sectors and industries. We use 'homegrown' methodologies that put the emphasis on fieldwork, ongoing interaction with the client, and the iterative testing of potential solutions.
Our Healthcare Practice serves pharmaceutical and medical devices producers and sellers regarding strategic and corporate issues. We regularly provide advice on market research, strategy development, partner search, and mergers & acquisitions across different therapeutic areas and products and services.
The main responsibility of the Manager - Healthcare will be project management for medium-sized and/or simple projects. Typical project management responsibilities include: client management; design of analytical approach; work planning and team leadership; face-to-face and discussion-based interviews; detailed analysis and reality checking; development of range of conclusions and recommendations; deliverable preparation and presentation of results.
Managers are also Team Members for large-sized and/or complex projects.
Requirements
l Candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
· Min. Bachelor degree in medicine, pharmacy or other related subjects, MBA or PhD preferred.
· Substantial China business experience (>3 years).
· Including substantial consulting or corporate development experience in healthcare industry (>2 years).
· Very strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
· Multilingual (fluent Mandarin and fluent English).
