Job Title: (HR-T&D) HR Specialist -Training & Development

Report: Training & Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Training programs execution according to annual training plan and other collected training needs the year
2. Collect training records and provide administrative supports
3. Training database maintenance and ensure the report delivery timely and accurate
4. Collect training feedback and provide the analysis as required
5. Deliver some courses or seminars according to demands, like induction training, etc
6. Assist in annual training plan making, company training policy, system establishment
7. Other jobs assigned by the team and company

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Min. 2 years experiences in MNCs in related field
3. Strong communication skills
4. Fluent English both in oral and written
5. Be proficient in office software, such as word, excel, PowerPoint etc
6. Highly responsible for the work
7. Good health is required
