Responsibilities

? Develop & build new digital business leads and win pitches;
? Lead team with direction planning and creative gatekeeping on major digital campaigns;
? Maintain and nurture existing business operation;
? Inspire digital team-mates to performance excellence;
? Partner with inter-disciplinary functions and contractors in integration and other new business;
? Assist senior management in developing digital team organizational structure and planning;
? Collaborate with other functions to formulate proprietary digital innovation

Expectations

? 10 years+ agency/communication industry experience of which 5 years + in a director role in 4A agencies
? Best with 5 years+ digital experience
? Expertise in digital communication resource: media and contractor
? Be able to multi-task and perform under pressure
? An enthusiastic and motivated team player
? Strong spoken and written communication skills - English and Mandarin
