Disney’s International Labor Standards (ILS) department evaluates and helps address working conditions in facilities producing Disney-branded products. It is administered by a dedicated staff of over 100 professionals located in 11 countries around the world. The ILS department has developed many innovative approaches to manage vast supply chain, and by working with our stakeholders, both internal and external, we continue to help foster safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces wherever Disney-branded products are manufactured.
迪士尼国际劳工标准部（ILS）负责评估迪士尼品牌代加工工厂的工作环境和设施，并协助他们改善工作环境。该部门由分布在全球11个国家和地区的100多名专业人士组成。这些专业人士携手迪士尼公司内部以及外部的项目利益关系者们（股东们），已制定出许多创新的改进措施来管理迪士尼庞大的供应链。今后我们仍继续致力于协助全球任何一家迪士尼品牌代工工厂打造出安全、包容和尊重的工作环境。

Principal Responsibilities
Communicate with both internal and external organizations for information clarification as and when required.
Ensure the precise and accurate interpretation and decoding of audit reports.
Ensure timely input of audit results into the ILS Group’s Lotus Notes database.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy
Conduct research and analysis as required
Support special reporting and projects as required
Job Related Background
Degree in English, Business Administration, Law, Social Work or equivalent
At least two years experience in full time employment within an international work environment
Excellent IT skills
Strong command of written English and Mandarin
Other Considerations
High level of integrity.
Team player and strong sense of responsibility
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
Working knowledge of a second language is a must
