Key Accountabilities:
1. Handle overseas enquires for shipment handling
2. Receive per-alert and documentation handling
3. Coordinate with respective departments for shipment handling and customers requirements and expectations
4. Coordinate with carriers , terminal operators , co-loaders and subcontractors for compliance of customers’ requirements
5. Coordinate with customers for shipments delivery as per SOP and customers requirements
6. Handle and follow up shipments as per SOP so to ensure smooth and proper handling of shipments
7. Data input into system
8. Handle cargo pre-claim with carries
Knowledge, Experience & Skills (Job specific competencies)
1. minimum one year experience in air import operations
2. college degree or above
3. Basic air cargo handling knowledge, particularly on the area of inbound
4. Basic computer knowledge
