岗位职责：
1、主要负责新产品的研发工作，要求有研究能力，能够检索和阅读英文文献；
2、有实验方案设计和实施能力，能够对实验数据进行分析、整合；
3、能够开展临床前实验研究；
4、对现有细胞培养技术的优化和改进；
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、硕士或以上学历
2、医学、免疫学、细胞生物学和分子生物学相关专业
3、有基础研究或相关工作经验者优先考虑
4、工作踏实认真、责任心强、有工作热情和团队意识。
5、分子生物技术：基因克隆、质粒和病毒表达载体的构建；
6、红细胞生物技术：细胞培养、细胞转染技术、红胞表面编制检测等。
